From Wilmington, Philadelphia, New Jersey, and points North.
- Take I-95 south to the Christiana Mall exit, RTE 1 South to Dover.
- Stay straight on RTE 1 south. Signs say DOVER.
- Cross the C&D canal (new, large yellow bridge) go through Toll Booth ($1)
- Stay straight past Middetown/Odessa area.
- Go PAST the first Dover exit on Rte 1.
- Pass Dover Downs and through the toll booth $1.
- Second exit is EXIT 97. Take it.
- Exit 97 connector tees into Route 13. TURN RIGHT going NORTH on RTE 13.
- At the first light, turn RIGHT and loop under the offramp overpass (State Street Extended).
- Office park is ahead on your right about 200 yards (Rudnick Lane).
- Brown brick sign reads "SOUTH STATE STREET OFFICE PARK".
- Turn right into the office park and go to the end of the drive.
- Building has a red metal roof.
From Newark, De.
- Come south on 896 from Newark. Cross RTE 40 and continue south over the canal.
- After you pass the Middletown airport, make a left at the next light and cross the railroad tracks.
- At the RTE13 light, go straight and get onto RTE 1 SOUTH.
- Go through Odessa on RTE 1.
- At the RT1/RTE13 split before Smyrna, bear left onto RTE 1.
- Get off at exit 97.
- Stay straight until you get to the light at RTE 13.
- TURN RIGHT going NORTH- do not merge onto RTE 13 South.
- At the first light, turn right and go under the offramp overpass.
- Office park is ahead on your right about 200 yards.
- Brown brick sign reads SOUTH STATE STREET OFFICE PARK.
- Turn right into the office park and go to the end of the drive.
- Building has a red metal roof.
From Sussex County.
- Take RTE 13 North to Dover.
- After you pass the Rodney Village Shopping Center (on your left),
- look for a Burger King and a Wendys on your left.
- Turn right onto Webbs Lane at the light where the Wendys is located.
- Follow Webbs Lane until you come to a "T".
- Make a left onto South State Street Extended.
- Make an immediate left into our business park.
- You will see a doctor's office building with a blue metal roof out front.
- We are the building behind it with the red metal roof.
Directions From Downtown Dover.
- From downtown follow State Street South.
- Cross RTE 13.
- You will see a doctor's office (blue metal roof) 200 yards ahead on the right.
- Turn into SOUTH STATE STREET OFFICE PARK.
- We are the building at the end of the drive with the red metal roof.
